Travel Nurse RN – Cardiac Cath Lab
Position available in Louisville, Kentucky.
Position Details- Specialty:
Cardiac Cath Lab - Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 36 hours
- Shift: 12‑hour days
- Employment type:
Travel
- Assist physicians in angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology procedures.
- Maintain and monitor EKG equipment during procedures.
- Support angioplasties, valvuloplasties, stent placements, and pacemaker/ICD implantation.
- Stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 20 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Manage stress and communicate effectively with patients and staff of all ages and backgrounds.
- BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute‑care experience (1–2 years recommended).
- Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
