Signature HealthCARE - - Responsibilities:
Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel;
Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice as defined by state regulation and the resident’s plan of care;
Routinely turn and position residents, as necessary;
Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information;
Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested
