Position OverviewAs a Program Quality Coordinator at Galen College of Nursing, you will be responsible for managing faculty credentialing and supporting the evaluation of academic programs to ensure the highest standards of program quality and compliance. This position collaborates closely with campus and college leadership, and Human Resources to implement policies and best practices across all campuses as it relates to program evaluation and faculty credentialing.
The Program Quality Coordinator also provides support in facilitating the systematic evaluation process for all nursing programs and to ensure they effectively demonstrate compliance with programmatic accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Education: An earned bachelor’s degree. Experience may substitute for education as appropriate.
- Experience: Previous experience in higher education preferred.

Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Must have excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills and the ability to take initiative and facilitate the College’s efforts to achieve and maintain institutional and programmatic accreditation.
