Family Allergy & Asthma is seeking a Clinic Nurse (LPN/RN) to provide direct nursing care at our Louisville clinic. The role requires current LPN or RN license for Kentucky, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of nursing experience. The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m. Travel to other clinic locations is possible. Responsibilities include room setup, patient prep for allergy testing, skin testing assistance, EMR documentation, and coordination with physicians.
