Our Athletic Recovery modalities include but not limited to cold plunge therapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, and IR sauna, tailored to each person's unique needs We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional patient care.
Position Summary: The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will play a critical role in delivering specialized care to our patients. You will assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for patients seeking hormone optimization, weight loss, and athletic recovery services. This role requires a strong commitment to patient education, wellness advocacy, and collaboration with the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including hormone therapy, weight management, and wellness protocols.
- Provide education on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Administer injections/IV therapy, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapies as needed.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver cohesive care and maintain high patient satisfaction.
- Document patient encounters accurately and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Kentucky.
- Experience in hormone therapy, weight management, or functional medicine preferred, but we have excellent trainers available if needed.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Passion for improving patient health and wellness through innovative care.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
