Gilder Search Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver PM&R and primary care services across our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Louisville, KY. This full-time, in-person role runs Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, with no nights, weekends, or on-call.
You will see roughly 15 to 20 residents per day and work with collaborating physicians to maintain high-quality care and compliant documentation.
