LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Belmont Village Senior Living seeks an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in our senior living community. In this role, you'll provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor residents' health, documenting changes and communicating with RNs, physicians, and families. You'll support daily living activities, uphold safety and infection control standards, and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN and physician direction
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans and regulations
• Monitor, document, and report residents' conditions and vital signs
• Support ADLs and promote residents' safety, comfort, and dignity
• Communicate with residents, families, and care team on care plans
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
• Assist with care coordination during admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in training, quality improvement, and team meetings
