** What you’ll do
*** provide nursing care in the classroom setting
* administer medications and operate medical equipment safely
* assess student needs and monitor daily progress
* collaborate with physicians, staff and families to coordinate care
* supervise, support and guide nursing personnel in the classroom
* prepare shift reports and communicate student conditions
* participate in student health education and rehabilitation
* promote a safe, clean and positive environment---###
** What you’ll bring
*** current, clear licensure as an LPN or RN in Kentucky
* experience in pediatric or nursing practice preferred
* strong communication and organizational skills
* ability to multitask and work both independently and with a team
* compassion, patience and a strong work ethic
* successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements
