* Full Time Day Weekend shift available, Friday-Sunday, 7AM-7PM*
Rate of pay: $27-$31 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)
Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus (limited time!)

- Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Assist with resident comfort.
- Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
- Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Help coach staff as necessary.
- Current LPN license in KY
- CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
