Description:
Looking for an LPN in rehab to join our team.
This role is focused on caring for individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.
The facility has a state-of-the-art, inpatient acute rehabilitation environment.
The rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment.
Customized, intense rehabilitation is offered tailored to individual needs.
Common conditions treated include stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
The aim is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive programs.
Experience in a hospital setting is required.
The unit typically has a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 7 for RNs, 1 to 10 for LPNs, and 1 to 12 for techs.
The patient population consists of adults aged 18 and older.
Candidates should be critical thinkers with a commitment to quality care.
