Since 2005, Crossroads has been at the forefront of treating patients with opioid use disorder. This comprehensive approach to treatment, the gold standard in care for opioid use disorder, has been shown to prevent more deaths from overdose and lead to long‑term recovery.

Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical provider’s orders. Dispense daily and take‑home medication during the dosing window. Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care. Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation, including assessing for impairment. Ensure medication count is accurate and completed daily. Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.

Participate in nursing team meetings and cross‑treatment meetings. Connect with patients, offering true empathy and a listening ear to those struggling.

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse license issued in the state in which they will be practicing or a multi‑state compact status license.
• License in good standing, unencumbered, and active.
• Disciplinary actions documented on any license will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
• 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills, experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.
• Active and current CPR or BLS certification is preferred.

Monday–Friday 4:45am–1:00pm. Rotating Saturday 5:30am–10:30am.

• 1‑on‑1 care with a consistent schedule. No 12‑hour shifts, no 2nd or 3rd shift, no on‑call.
