What would my hours look like?

Full Time

8 hour shift

Monday-Friday

Saturdays are used as make-up days (Peak Season may require additional Saturdays)

Average earners make $24 - $28 per hour

This is broken down by Production + Hourly & Commission

• Market and occasionally quote our products and services to potential customers
• Distribute necessary promotional material
• Meet with current and prospective customers and exceed customer service standards
• Provide professional lawn care services to customers, including applications of fertilizer, lime, weed, insect, disease, grub, mole & mosquito control, aeration, and seeding
• Safely and knowledgeably handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products
• Perform lawn analyses, including measuring the turf, identifying lawn problems, and identifying accurate pricing for services
• Generate field sales (additional commission rewarded)
• Observe and report lawn conditions to customers and sell add-on services
• Get and maintain your pesticide applicator license - We Will Help You Do This!
• Drive company vehicles
• Complete daily truck checkout procedures
• Properly and safely maintain equipment
• Complete assigned daily work, associated paperwork, and administrative requirements related to the position
• Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Have a clean criminal record
• Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
• Able to work 8-10 hours per day (including some Saturdays during peak season)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (8-10 hours per day)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Adhere to company policies, which can be found in the employee handbook (i.e., drug, alcohol, tobacco, cell phone, attendance, etc.)
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and will initiate action when needed
• Requires minimum supervision, but knows when to ask for assistance
• Accepts feedback from fellow team members
