The Role

AAK is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to support our Quality and Regulatory Affairs team. This internship offers hands-on experience in food industry quality systems, regulatory compliance, and data management. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a relevant academic program and has a strong interest in quality assurance, food science, regulatory affairs, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Data reporting, digital transition of analytical testing results, and statistical monitoring
  • Review internal specifications across US locations for alignment
  • Regulatory updates (newsletters, presentations, trackers)
  • Customer statement reviews for AAK global compliance and US regulatory compliance
  • Global QFS management system standardization support
  • Quality/Regulatory research and reporting
About You

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Food Science, Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data management tools is a plus.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
