This full-time Leasing Agent role is an on-site position based in Louisville, KY. The Leasing Agent will handle a range of responsibilities, including renting properties to prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and maintaining an excellent customer service experience. Responsibilities also include assisting with lease administration, coordinating with property management staff, and ensuring residency standards are upheld. The Leasing Agent plays a vital role in fostering positive tenant relationships and maintaining occupancy goals.

• Experience in Residential Leasing, Lease Administration, and Property Management
• Strong skills in Customer Service and communication
• Ability to manage leasing agreements and address tenant inquiries efficiently
• Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to document management
• Proficiency with leasing software and property management tools is a plus
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
