Job Summary

Talis Group’s client is a reputable & established title company in Louisville. They are seeking an experienced Real Estate
Closing Coordinator/Title Processor to join their close-knit team. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity offering a salary of $55-$58k plus medical benefits, paid time off, & paid holidays. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, onsite.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in real estate closings who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process settlement statements and/or closing disclosures (experience required.)
  • Accurately open and enter new orders into Streamline software.
  • Communicating with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, buyers, and sellers to collect missing documentation & provide status updates.
  • Clear title issues & preparing necessary title & closing documents.
  • Coordinating closing schedules & handling all post-closing tasks.
  • Process title commitments, policies, and endorsements.
  • Provide responsive & professional support via phone or email.
  • Answering incoming calls & directing them to appropriate team members.
  • Ensure clear communication across all parties to support a smooth & efficient closing process.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in title processing or real estate closings is required.
  • Proficiency in preparing closing disclosures and/or HUD/settlement statements is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail & strong organizational skills.
  • Professional, friendly, & courteous communication skills – both written & verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & comfortable learning new software systems.
