We’re building a dynamic, professional team and are seeking Server Assistants who want to be part of something extraordinary. This role is more than just a busser — it’s a critical part of the guest experience and service flow.

• Support servers and the service team in delivering a flawless, luxury-level dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs — ensuring tables are set, cleared, and reset quickly and gracefully.
• Assist in running food, maintaining table touches, and enhancing the overall rhythm of the dining room.
• Maintain pristine floor and table presentation standards at all times.
• Refill water and beverage service, clear plates and glassware, and help manage service stations.
• Work hand-in-hand with servers, hosts, and management to create a seamless, elevated guest experience.
• Represent the luxury and polish of the restaurant through professional demeanor, grooming, and communication.

• Typical shift start times: between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Typical shift end times: between 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Friday and Saturday availability is required.
• Team members are expected to arrive well-groomed, polished, and professional — reflecting the elevated nature of the hotel and restaurant.
• Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, elegant environments and understand the importance of detail and timing.
