Duties include but are not limited to:

• Proactively engage with customers to sell Harley-Davidson merchandise including riding gear, apparel, home accessories, etc., suggest special promotions, ask for the sale, overcome objections, and more!
• Stock merchandise and ensure displays are appealing and clean
• Assist customers with merchandise returns
• Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referral business
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications - Apparel Merchandise Sales:

• Motivated to succeed with good sales, customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and honest with a good work ethic and professional appearance
• Good computer and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for motorcycles & adventurous outdoor activities is a plus!
