Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 10011 Dixie Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
• Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
• Interact professionally with customers and address their concerns
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store
• Answer phones and process customer orders promptly
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and team culture
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards

• Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced food service or retail environment
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
• Proficiency in basic math and problem‑solving
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume setting
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills for operating point‑of‑sale systems and other store technology
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Food safety certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)
• Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality

What are we looking for?

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to a reliable, insured vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.

• Our stores are open 365 days a week, even on weekends and holidays. While your schedule is flexible, you must be willing to work when the team needs you the most.
