• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts

• Experience with retail technology systems
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through coaching and mentoring
• Demonstrated passion for retail and customer service excellence
