Assistant Manager(01448) - 716 E Broadway
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 716 E Broadway location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations, including cash management, inventory control, and food quality assurance
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Assist in monitoring and controlling costs, including labor and food expenses
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals and targets
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, equipment, and facilities
- Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
- Analyze sales data and inventory reports to make informed business decisions
- Step in to perform various in-store tasks as needed, including food preparation and order taking
- Proven experience in food service or retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products
- Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and basic accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems, including POS systems and inventory management software
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus but not required)
