We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service . You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing returns.
• Maintain organized displays to attract customers and promote products effectively.
• Stock shelves and ensure that products are well-presented and readily available for customers.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels accurately and assist with stock management.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.

• Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management tasks.
• Experience with merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative when necessary.
