PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet company customer service standards.

• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.

• Adhere to all laws and regulationsregardingthe sale of any government regulated products and services.

• Obey company and health department safety guidelines for food preparation.

• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.

• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.

• Complete training activities andmeetminimum job performance standards.

• Followthe company'sgeneral rules of conduct and code of ethics.

• Motivate sales associates to grow thestoresales and profitability using suggestive selling techniques.

• Assistthe store manager in hiring, developing, and training others in store to meet company standards and guidelines.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Value time and use your time effectively and efficiently

• Get first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in products and services

• Customer service experience desired

• Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
