Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients
- Support account planning, coordination, and execution of client initiatives
- Assist in managing client requests, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Track account activity and provide accurate updates and reports
- Help identify opportunities to strengthen and expand client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
