Your Role as Sales Consultant:

As the face of the property, you'll be building strong relationships, driving new leases, and delivering exceptional customer service to retain residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Guide prospects through our proven sales process
• Convert phone/email inquiries into on-site tours
• Deliver high-quality service to increase lease renewals
