Summer Business Development Representative

Overview

We’re hiring at least 2 Summer Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our outbound sales efforts. This is a hands-on role for college students or recent grads who want real experience and exposure to B2B sales.

You’ll work directly with our founding team and help generate new opportunities for the business.

• Research and identify potential customers
• Build targeted outbound lists using Linked In and other tools
• Run outbound outreach (email, Linked In, light calling)
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Schedule intro meetings for senior sales team members
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or recent graduate
• Comfortable reaching out to new people
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Curious about consulting, sales, climate, or infrastructure
• No prior sales experience required — training provided

• Interest in climate tech, real estate, public sector, or energy
• Prior internship or customer-facing experience
• Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator or CRM tools

• Paid, resume-building experience
• Direct mentorship from highly accomplished business development team
• Clear expectations and coaching
• Real responsibility (not busywork)
• Opportunity to continue part-time during the school year or post-graduation
