The Inside Sales Representative (HBS) has one goal: to put properties under contract at a price that allows for a healthy profit. An HBS spends a lot of time on appointments to lock down as many properties as possible. However, the Joe Homebuyer approach to appointments differs from most in the industry. The focus on each appointment is always, “How can we best serve this person?”

We believe deals are abundant, and as long as we are looking to serve the people we come into contact with, we will put all the right properties under contract. Every person who is selling a house has a problem or challenge they need solved. We serve by helping each seller determine the best solution for their unique situations.

Base pay $36,000 + unlimited commission. The expected annual range is $100,000-$250,000.
