As a Territory Growth Representative, you'll spearhead our market entry into Ohio by generating leads, building relationships with healthcare offices and decision‑makers, and closing new business. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, is energized by winning new business, and wants ownership of their own success.

- Location:
Remote, must reside in Ohio - Travel up to 50% of time
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, targeted email outreach, and in-person prospect visits.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and present customized solutions that align with their needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups, within the company’s CRM system.
- Partner closely with the broader sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning.
- Consistently achieve or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports to leadership.
- Develop, test, and refine sales outreach templates, including call scripts and email messaging.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-based industries preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and track performance
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and listening)
- Reliable and consistent attendance to meet role expectations
- High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout Ohio for prospect meetings, events, and presentations
- Reliable transportation required
