Bright Minds' high-growth physical security solutions integration and services client is searching for a driven sales hunter to join their Account Executive team in the Louisville market. This is an excellent sales opportunity with strong leadership and an emerging industry leader. You'll work with industry experts, a passionate leadership team, and many long-tenured employees who are excited to grow the company to the next level.
If you're currently working in sales for a large fire alarm / access control/physical security/video surveillance integrator but are hindered by large company bureaucracy and desire to join a nimble and efficient yet powerful team, this may be the right opportunity for you. Personal integrity, a hunter mentality, and top-notch sales and presentation skills are crucial for this role.
Target Experience
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in the physical security, access controls, video surveillance and / or fire alarm sector
- Knowledge of physical security products such as Lenel, Bosch, Genetec, DMP, Avigilon, Software House, Edwards etc.
- Proven experience in new territory development and breaking new accounts from scratch
- Desire to network heavily in the physical security sector including attending conferences and industry events
