Job Description

Our ADI Global Distribution business is the leading wholesale distributor of security and low‑voltage products and is independently recognized for the superior knowledge and service our teams provide.

In this position, you will utilize your knowledge of low voltage products to assess customers and cross‑functional team needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and quotes.

• Keep up with detailed ADI technical/product knowledge and assist dealer base and sales staff with the pre‑sale design of systems products.
• Process customer and branch requests for assistance on pre‑sale design of systems‑related products in the form of written quotes.
• Research best‑in‑class product solutions from a wide variety of vendor products.
• Operate in a call‑center environment responding to customer and branch requests from phone and email.
• Maintain a detailed daily log of all telephone and quote activities.
• Support a learning culture by actively participating in various educational activities.

• 3+ years experience in system design support, technical sales support or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A strong desire for world‑class customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Be able to work a 10am‑7pm schedule.

• Sales experience in a retail or distribution environment.
• Industry knowledge:
  Fire, Intrusion and Home Automation.
• Strong customer service, organization, and multi‑tasking abilities.

Hiring Salary Range:
The typical hiring salary for this role ranges from USD $19.70 to $33.55 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
