Position: Oncology Customer Team Leader (District Sales Manager) – Music City District

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and lead a team of Oncology Sales Representatives/Specialists to achieve sales goals and budget targets
  • Hire, train, and oversee the performance management of Oncology Sales professionals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective sales execution
  • Develop and implement business plans and national sales strategies as directed by leadership

    Conduct routine district sales meetings and performance reviews for direct reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
  • Proven ability to establish relationships and networks within customer organizations
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50-75% of the time
  • Must reside in or near the designated district
  • Experience in managing a field-based sales team is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • First-line management experience leading an oncology sales team
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or oncology customers in healthcare settings
