A Day in the Life:

As a Regional Account Manager (RAM) supporting the Convenience Retail channel, you will drive growth, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and execute against national and regional initiatives. Serve as the primary business partner for designated accounts, uncovering opportunities, optimizing execution, and helping Monster continue to dominate the category.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Own the business performance of assigned Convenience Retail accounts, ensuring alignment with national and regional strategies to identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities across distribution, merchandising, promotion, and category initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to influence decisions and expand partnerships
  • Analyze marketplace trends, competitive activity, and customer data to shape strategic business recommendations.
  • Lead customer planning cycles, including promotional planning, trade funding alignment, and activity calendars.
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs, activations, and operational standards across accounts.
  • Leverage Nielsen/IRI, POS, and inventory reporting to create actionable insights and guide customer discussions.
  • Forecast demand and product needs accurately to support supply planning and minimize service issues. Synthesize data to assess opportunities, gaps, and performance drivers.
  • Partner with field sales, category management, finance, and marketing teams to deliver integrated customer plans.
  • Lead and influence without authority to ensure alignment and execution across teams by communicating key updates, risks, and opportunities proactively to internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize workload effectively, balancing customer needs, internal deadlines, and strategic initiatives. Resolve issues quickly by working across functions and focusing on customer centric solutions.
  • Model company values through teamwork, accountability, and strong communication.
Who You Are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired:
    More than 7 years of experience in sales, retail, broker, distributor sales environment
  • Computer Skills Desired:
    Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with CRM or sales analytics tools a plus.
  • Experience using Nielsen/IRI, POS reporting, and forecasting tools.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role:
    Commercially minded, detail oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator able to influence cross functional partners and build strong customer relationships.
  • Self starter who thrives in a culture that values autonomy, innovation, and high performance.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $52,650 - $70,200. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
