Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site position at our Louisville, KY location. The role involves managing sales activities, preparing technical quotations, providing customer-focused technical support, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The Inside Sales Engineer will also collaborate with external customers to analyze requirements, propose suitable solutions, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Qualifications- Experience in Sales, with strong interpersonal and customer engagement abilities
- Proficiency in creating quotations and following technical specifications
- Knowledge of providing customer support and resolving customer inquiries effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the truck equipment industry or experience in a related technical field is a plus
