This role is critical to the success of our Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Service teams. You'll be the person who ensures every customer solution is properly quoted, accurately ordered, correctly billed, and seamlessly transitioned for implementation.

What You'll Do

You'll become the operational expert supporting our sales organization by:

• Developing accurate quotes for technology products, services, and projects
• Converting approved quotes into orders within Connect Wise
• Creating projects and service tickets that set our technical teams up for success
• Working closely with Sales Architects, Solutions Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure every solution is scoped accurately
• Coordinating with vendors to obtain pricing, confirm availability, register deals, and resolve procurement challenges
• Partnering with Finance to ensure customer agreements and billing are accurate from day one
• Monitoring product margins, pricing, and sales metrics to help improve profitability
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and documentation
  
  Maintaining standard operating procedures and contributing ideas that make the entire department more efficient
• Continuing to expand your technical and product knowledge through ongoing training
