Duties
- Answering phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt professional manner. The ability to speak on the phone while entering information into our system is important. Utilizing the company's proven sales process which ensures overall success. Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided. Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with customer service & add ons.
