Brookside Properties is looking for an experienced multifamily professional who genuinely enjoys leasing, sales, and closing to support communities throughout the Louisville market.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who has experience as a Community Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, or similar role but knows that working with prospects and getting leases signed is the part of the job they enjoy most
.

You’ll travel throughout Louisville, working with different communities and teams to provide hands‑on leasing support, generate traffic, improve conversions, and help drive occupancy.

• Travel throughout the Louisville market to provide leasing and sales support
• Conduct apartment tours and confidently close prospective residents
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and in-person communication
• Turn prospect inquiries into applications and signed leases
• Help communities overcome leasing challenges and increase occupancy
• Build relationships quickly with prospects and property teams
• Identify opportunities to improve traffic, follow-up, and conversion
• Support marketing and outreach efforts that generate new leads
• Bring proven leasing and sales strategies to different communities
• Work alongside on-site teams to strengthen leasing performance
• Adapt quickly to different communities, teams, and priorities
• Maintain accurate prospect information and follow-up activity

• Strong multifamily leasing experience with a proven track record of success
• Previous experience as a Community Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing Manager, or similar multifamily role
• Someone who genuinely enjoys leasing, sales, and closing
• Confident confronting tours, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to quickly learn different communities, markets, and team dynamics
• Professional, energetic, and results-oriented approach
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the Louisville market
