As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see when they walk through the door. Your role is all about ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and excited about their experience with us. Here’s what your day might look like:

• Greeting guests with a warm and engaging attitude as they check in.
• Assisting guests with ticket purchases, memberships, and program sign-ups.
• Using your sales skills to upsell memberships and other offerings.
• Providing clear and patient guidance to guests about our services and programs.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Answering questions and addressing guest concerns with a smile.

We’re searching for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset to our team. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• A great personality with the ability to make small talk and connect with guests.
• A patient, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• Previous experience in sales, especially in conversion, upselling, or membership programs, is a bonus
