• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the electronics and technology sector
• Provide technical product guidance and solutions-based recommendations to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals
• Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings

• Prior experience in technical sales, electronics sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of electronic components, systems, or related technology
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard sales tools
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, or related field is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY
