Role:
Vaccines Area Business Manager overseeing sales and team leadership within designated regions, reporting to the Regional Business Director. Objectives include driving sales performance, developing strategic business plans, and strengthening key customer relationships.

• hiring, coaching, and managing 9-12 representatives
• developing area-specific plans aligned with national priorities
• analyzing market data to anticipate trends
• ensuring compliant, effective customer engagement across diverse healthcare settings, including hospitals and government agencies

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales/marketing, including 3-5 years in leadership
• experience with vaccines or in large healthcare accounts preferred
• valid U.S. driver’s license
• demonstrated leadership and influencing skills

• MBA or relevant advanced degree, 5+ years of management, vaccine expertise, and strong virtual communication capabilities
