** Central State Hospital is seeking a full-time Security Sergeant.**##
* This position will primarily work day shift** ### Provides supervision and guidance to assigned staff; including scheduling daily assignments and duties.* ### Provides written reports and staff training.* ### Conducts performance appraisals of assigned employees.* ### Provides internal and external security and transportation for patients and staff.* ### Responds and assists with patient physical management and all hospital emergencies.* ### Evaluates, completes and approves timesheets of assigned staff.

* ** High school diploma or equivalency.
* Valid Driver's License
* Must have at least
** one year
** of experience in law enforcement or security.
* 1-2 years experience in a supervisory position preferred.#LI-JW
