What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to client personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
- Operate the dispatch post by monitoring radios, telephones, alarm systems, and/or video surveillance, and coordinating response actions with on-site personnel and local resources as directed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, communicating updates, and documenting actions taken.
- Maintain accurate security-related logs and reports, including incident details, key control records, access activity, and shift pass-down information.
- Support site operations by assisting with access control tasks such as verifying identification, issuing temporary badges, tracking deliveries and/or contractors, and directing visitors to appropriate check-in areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
