Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, lobbies, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and/or fire and life protection panels as assigned, and document observations and irregular conditions for follow-up.;
Complete detailed shift reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate noteworthy activity to the Allied Universal supervisor and/or site contacts.
