** What you'll do
*** conduct routine patrols of campus buildings, parking areas and grounds
* monitor entrances and exits to support property security
* maintain accurate security logs, incident reports and activity documentation
* respond to safety concerns, alarms and incidents calmly and professionally
* follow established security policies and procedures
* observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards
* assist with emergency response procedures as needed
* provide courteous customer service to residents, visitors and staff
* communicate observations and concerns to leadership-##
** What you'll bring
*** high school diploma or GED
* at least 1 year of experience as a security guard or security officer
* valid driver's license in good standing
* strong situational awareness and attention to detail
* ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
* clear verbal and written communication skills
* commitment to safety, accountability and teamwork
