Security Officer Part Time Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols;
Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate details to site contacts and leadership;
Support security-related operations at the front desk by answering questions, observing lobby activity, receiving deliveries, and reporting suspicious behavior;
Assist with badge and credential processes, deter unauthorized access, and follow location procedures for alarms and emergencies
