Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity; collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Report suspected fraud and policy violations to Asset Protection and Store leadership;
Create and manage records for apprehension, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Travel to stores as necessary
