A vault/warehouse clerk at Malca-Amit is required to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and to ensure the protection of personnel and shipments for which the company is responsible. This position requires strict adherence to policies and procedures to protect and safeguard the transport and property of Malca‑Amit and its customers, as well as the safety of people on Malca‑Amit premises.

The role involves receiving, sorting and dispatching parcels to the proper outbound destinations. Malca‑Amit USA, LLC, a division of The Malca‑Amit Group of Companies, consists of an international team of experts in logistics, security, customs, and special operations, who provide professional service tailored to the global luxury goods industry and international banks. We are looking for a 3rd shift warehouse clerk to join our Louisville, KY operations.

• Always ensure the safety of personnel and protection of assets
• Maintain a safe environment for colleagues and customers
• Respect and follow the company's guidelines and procedures
• Receive packages, verify their integrity, routing, and transport them back to the hub
• Deliver packages, verify their integrity, verify consignees, and deliver to clients
• Load and unload armored vehicles
• Complete daily reports
• Drive an armored vehicle, perform pre‑trip inspections and respect road safety regulations
• Cross‑train and perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 23 years of age
• A valid concealed carry permit or the ability to obtain one
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required license
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass a drug screen, polygraph test, and FBI background check
• Excellent attendance
• Self‑starter
• Flexible schedule (start time may need adjustment some days to accommodate workload; normal start time 8 am)

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as an armed guard, military experience, or protective services experience
