Title and Location
Flex Security Officer, , Louisville, KY (Operations)
Pay$16–$19 per hour (based on experience & availability)
Hours1st Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends, 12‑hour shifts. Open availability required.
Responsibilities- Patrol assigned locations
- Maintain a visible unarmed security presence
- Access control and visitor verification
- Incident reporting and documentation
- Emergency response and de‑escalation
- Interaction with clients, employees, and the public
- Ability to work varying shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Ability to cover call‑offs and short‑notice assignments
- Willingness to work at multiple client sites
- Previous security experience
- Clean background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Good attendance
- Vehicle required
