Loss Prevention Officer

We are seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to join our manufacturing plant in Louisville, KY.

$26.42 per hour

• Control entry/exit of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Verify credentials and maintain visitor logs.
• Conduct routine patrols of plant and perimeter areas.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and security systems.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Support plant safety programs and contractor compliance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in loss prevention.
• Willingness to work any shift, including night and swing shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to read gauge for fire equipment and interpret computerized alarm systems.
• Computer skills.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, twist, and bend at the waist.
• Capability to pull or push up to 300 lbs.
• Ability to hear warning bells, horns, sirens, and see normally.

• CPR with AED assistance and First Aid certification.
