Security Officer Patrol Customer Service

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site protocols;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports
