Lead at least three Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) and trainee/apprentice TSOs at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport;
Distribute and balance workloads among team members according to priorities and skill levels;
Provide input on human resources matters including performance, promotions, and assignments;
Implement TSA security screening procedures in line with objectives and directives;
Assist with investigations and prepare incident reports;
Respond to security breaches and emergency situations;
Train team members and monitor progress, communicating resource needs to supervisors;
Represent the team in communications with supervisors/managers regarding resource needs
