Security Officer - Unarmed Area

As a Clarion Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will know all site‑specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate, and provide superior customer service.

Full‑time. Pay Rate: $17.50/hr.

• Wednesday and Thursday: 6:00pm – 12:00am
• Friday: 5:00pm – 1:00am
• Saturday and Sunday: 2:00pm – 12:00am

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and to interact with customers, clients, and visitors of all categories.
• Obtain, hold, and maintain a valid guard card/license as required in the state for which you are applying.
• As a condition of employment, must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Driving positions only
  :
  Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
• Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and effectively.
• Able to:
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
